Pepper Hernandez, also known as “Pep” is a Sydney-based artist whose work is defined by bold and emotive illustrations, and often releasing works painted onto glass.

Pep proudly identifies as queer and Mexican-Australian.

She has worked professionally for studios such as Entropico, Prodigious Films, Pedestrian TV, OMD, and Babekuhl.
Productions and notable creations have included names such as; Sam Smith (Musician), NIVEA, Samsung, People’s Choice Bank, atWork, Oporto, Arnott’s, YouTube, Curtin University, Western Sydney University, Batch Brewery, Sydney Fringe Festival, Courier Messenger World Championships, Sydney Bike Polo, SYDBMA, Waywards Brewery.

Drawing from her background in freelance storyboarding, digital illustration, and mixed media works, she creates art that reflects both personal experiences and perspectives that shape her identity. Her work is driven by emotion and storytelling, creating pieces that feel intimate and unapologetically expressive.
